Description

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer to help grow our paid acquisition channels. You will optimize our advertising programs and work on setting up, growing, and managing partner relationships. You will be responsible for developing the overall strategy and execution of our partner programs; owning forecasting, partnership development, and traffic quality/user engagement.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners/ad networks, leading ad buy negotiations, contract approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely accruals and reconciliations
  • Responsible for managing/reallocating budgets, monitoring spend pace, and performance forecasting for our jobs ad network program
  • Proactively identify areas of growth and improvement such as onboarding new partners, price testing and creative ways to syndicate job listings
  • Test, launch and maintain optimal digital media mix across different ad channels
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of ad-serving platforms and oversee ad tagging, testing, tracking, QA and troubleshooting, working with internal/external teams
  • Analyze campaign results and deliver performance updates to stakeholders
    • Define and develop success metrics appropriate to campaign goals
    • Deliver weekly updates for spend and performance forecasting
    • Create reports and presentations to communicate to stakeholders
    • Collaborate on advanced analyses to measure business impact of new channels, attribution logic, programmatic buying strategies, and media mix optimization

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. degree and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a primary focus on Search Engine Marketing or Social channels
  • Must have advanced experience with trafficking ads via Google AdWords and Facebook
  • Strong analytical and analysis skills; high proficiency in Excel
  • Independent and proactive. You’ll think of new and creative ways to drive the business forward.
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills. You are able to clearly communicate and present insights and recommendations to management.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau or similar platforms is a plus
  • High energy and results oriented. You’re always looking for improvements.
  • Experience and proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
