Description

Glassdoor is looking for a Product Manager to join our B2B products team. You will have the opportunity to work on our flagship product for employers used by thousands of companies worldwide. In this role, you will leverage data and customer feedback to define the product roadmap, and lead the execution of a diverse set of features and product initiatives that generate high impact to the business. 

You will be expected to have great business acumen accompanied with strong technical foundations. You will need to think strategically for our business while executing tactical plans with razor sharp focus. In a nutshell, in this role, you will have the opportunity to flex every product manager muscle you have and work with a world-class engineering team.
  
Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap to increase revenue from employers, by developing and shipping innovative features that fill unmet needs in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with our UX team to design amazing and delightful experiences used by all of our employer customers.
  • Write clear requirements and user scenarios that define the expected product experience and work with engineering to build out these new features to spec.
  • Work with cross functional team members across the company to coordinate and communicate out product launches.
  • Interact with some of our most strategic customers to directly gather feedback on existing product offerings and to inform future product direction.
  • Use data in your decision making process and roadmap prioritization.
  • Be the leader of your product area by owning outcomes and driving to decisions that have positive business impact.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience with successful online consumer and/or enterprise product launches within fast-paced, agile environments (prior online monetization experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in writing product requirements and wire-framing UX concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence to interact with team members across all departments and levels of the organization.
