Glassdoor is looking for a Senior Product Visual Designer who’s passionate about solving complex problems and creating experiences that delight customers worldwide.

You'll be working with both Glassdoor’s Consumer and Employer (B2B) facing products. We are looking a designer who demonstrates thinking for both mobile and desktop experiences.  We want to provide our users with more than just functionality - we want to give them insights and best-in-class tools for hiring and job seeking.

Candidates must have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take direction with a good attitude. Plus this person is someone who is able to effectively work across teams, internally and externally, to gain buy in. Someone who’s comfortable working both autonomously and as a collaborative team member.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate solid design skills, the use of best practices, creativity and a visual style that sets you apart from the crowd
  • Conceptualize and deliver detailed, inspiring visual design
  • Experience creating and evolving style/brand guidelines, pattern libraries, design templates, specs, etc.
  • Maintain and organize design files and resources
  • Work independently and in support of the larger team
  • Produce high quality work and meet deadlines

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product, mobile, interaction and information design
  • Brand Considerate with a focus on user-centric design practices
  • Strong with composition, layout, color and typography
  • Able to design and implement responsive UI
  • Proficient in Sketch/Adobe Creative Suite
  • BA/BS degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
