We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to help lead efforts in hiring top talent for our Engineering, Product, Design, IT and Data Science teams.  You will play a meaningful role in finding and hiring the people who are building Glassdoor products. You’ll help define and drive the strategic direction of Glassdoor’s Technical Recruiting team to meet the demands of our globally expanding user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire top technical talent for Glassdoor while creating excellent experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Develop and execute talent strategies for technical recruiting
  • Influence and consult with hiring managers and executives to improve recruiting process for technical roles
  • This position will passionately drive results, think and act quickly, operate long-term and in the best interest of company objectives
  • Build engineering and tech teams to support Glassdoor’s long term strategy. This position will uphold a high hiring bar continuously and drive process improvement to hire engineering talent
  • Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in tech recruiting and compensation

Requirements:

  • Degreed in Business, Human Resources or similar
  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Consistent track record with sourcing, recruiting and closing extraordinary technical talent
  • Leader in tech recruiting, able to influence hiring managers, candidates and team members in a consultative way
  • Possess strong program management skills and have extensive experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimizing talent sourcing campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience working directly with senior executives, engineers, designers, product managers and other technical teams
  • Experience with defining and bringing to bear recruiting and pipeline metrics and data
