Description

As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for sales support activities across all sales at Glassdoor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-directed, and detail oriented. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience on the operational backbone of a fast growing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders in the CRM system.  Maintain a superior level of accuracy, consistency, and work quality while doing any work, particularly involving order management
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and other programs as required
  • Support the quoting process with global sales based on established policies and procedures
  • Communicate with the sales teams to clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders; provide continuous cross-functional operational support specific to order management
  • Respond to sales inquiries and/or questions relating to orders, order fulfillment, confirmations, and general customer service questions
  • Quoting tool point of contact (troubleshoot quote creation issues, liaison to Sales Systems team for tool technical issues and enhancements)
  • Data management in the CRM, including auditing and resolving data integrity issues
  • Report and dashboard development in the CRM in support of sales

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
  • 1-2 years operational experience; order management exposure desirable
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team
  • Ability to multi-task and to quickly change pace on a moment’s notice
  • High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems
  • Strong communicator; places a high value on customer service
  • Ability to manage high volume of transactions and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Dedication to excellent customer service, timeliness, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines

Note- this is a full-time, 3 month contract
