We are looking for a Legal Intern for Summer 2018, to support the Glassdoor Legal Team.

As Glassdoor Legal Intern you will have exposure to and assist with the following:

  • Team with our business process owners to help them close the deals they need to bring services and partners into Glassdoor to help us run our business. Assist with NDAs and vendor agreements and provide support as we develop new procurement processes and implement new contract management tools.
  • Team with our sales representatives to help them sell our products and grow Glassdoor’s client base. You’ll help our commercial team address client-proposed modifications to Glassdoor’s standard services agreement.
  • Help support the commercial team by tracking negotiated contracts, monitoring compliance with terms, and holding our partners and clients to their side of our agreements.
  • Provide litigation support, which includes helping with responses to legal requests about content, responses to subpoenas, and calendaring deadlines, maintaining logs and files, and other case management assistance.
  • Pitch in on other Legal Team tasks as needed.


  • A degree from accredited four-year university or equivalent
  • Current enrollment in JD or LLM program strongly preferred
  • Exceptional academic credentials, strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for Internet, software or cloud technology law as well as First Amendment protections for online speech
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and work effectively with business teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who operates well in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of humor
