Glassdoor Ireland is looking for an Account Manager who wants to jump in head-first and held build a late stage, pre-IPO startup.  This position will be within our SMB Growth Group, with 1-3 years quota carrying experience, growing and retaining revenue, while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. As an SMB Account Manager you will be responsible for managing 150+ current advertising brands, proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention and increasing revenue via upsell opportunities and contract renewals.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage book of business with focus on revenue growth and retention while providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, with the intent of nurturing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Proactively manage book of business to ensure clients have an overall great experience with Glassdoor, while partnering with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations
  • Skillfully deliver bi-monthly client check in calls/presentations with the goal of ensuring client renewal before end of contract term
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth quotas
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of Account Management experience (prior sales or advertising experience desired)
  • Ability to manage roughly 200 SMB clients with a strong focus on quota achievement, account retention and growing your book of business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems
  • A passion and deep understanding of customer service and business growth
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC and Marketo
  • HR or recruiting industry experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelors Degree
