Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement

The B2B Marketing team at Glassdoor is looking for a strong product marketer to help craft our GTM positioning and messaging and arm our sales team with the collateral, resources and training they need to be successful. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying and prioritizing the needs of B2B sales orgs by developing scalable feedback mechanisms and turning relevant insights into usable sales assets. This data-driven storyteller will be skilled at taking information, determining the best way to message and visualize the story, and turning those narratives into usable sales assets (powerpoint decks, customer case studies, claims & proof points, internal messaging docs, etc). They will also be a master communicator, determining the best way to enable different internal audiences and serving as a passionate product evangelist across the company, training sales, marketing and PR on the value we deliver to employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B positioning and key messaging around the value of our products and services
  • Arm sales org with internal and external collateral
  • Work closely with marketing design on how to visualize sales narratives in the form of powerpoint slides and images
  • Build scalable feedback mechanisms through which to collect and prioritize sales collateral requests
  • Partner with sales training and enablement to ensure adoption of new sales collateral and resources through comms, training and storage

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • Undergraduate degree with communications or marketing background
  • Recruitment industry background or pay-per-performance advertising experience is ideal
  • Exceptional product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution, communication and project management skills
  • Skilled collaborator working with product, sales and design / creative 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable presenting and delivering training to groups
  • Self-motivated, ability to navigate ambiguity of a fast-paced start-up environment
