As the Senior Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will turn this vision into a reality, creating the tools and technologies that power an engaging, seamless iOS and Android user experience.

Building a truly relevant and delightful mobile experience is critical to our success and the ideal candidate will have great business acumen, product experience with mobile and a solid design & analytical foundation.

This is a hands-on role including brainstorming new opportunities, defining roadmaps, writing user stories, owning & analyzing metrics, presenting to our executive leadership and working closely with engineering and partner teams to ensure execution. You will be a partner and advocate for the end to end job seeker experience on the site. In a nutshell, you will have the opportunity to flex every product manager muscle you have while working with our world-class engineering and marketing teams.

You will:

  • Own and ship products that help millions of users find jobs.
  • Manage an agile scrum team of great engineers.
  • Collaborate with an excellent UX/UI design team.
  • Partner with other product teams, such as user generated content, web job search, international localization, user acquisition and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development and operations teams to deliver company goals.
  • Find new ways to leverage our data to make our communication programs more relevant, helpful, and timely.

Your Skill Set

  • 3-5 years as a product manager, with a minimum of 2 years of managing mobile product.
  • Experience with massive scale, especially with scaling programs quickly, while still making them stable and cost-effective.
  • Exceptional UX and design intuition and skillset.
  • Adept at using wireframing tools.
  • Experience building information architectures, flows and wireframes.
  • Experience driving usability testing.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Adept user of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Omniture or whatever else we throw at you.
  • Experience with products that serve multiple languages or countries is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Business or related data field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the leadership skills to execute complex initiatives that span multiple teams.
