Glassdoor is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented L&D Specialist to join the People Operations team! This person will work both independently and collaboratively with our local/remote teams to deliver trainings that are committed to the constant development of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of activities involved around promotion, scheduling, coordinating and execution of training and development programs for managers and employees
  • Facilitate or provide facilitation support for in-house training classes both live and online
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and coordinate logistics for events within the scope of this role for all our office locations
  • Coordinate with all internal/external vendors involved with training programs
  • Own and facilitate bi-weekly new hire orientation
  • Create and administer course evaluations
  • Be accountable for providing data and metrics for all Glassdoor training programs to HR leadership - constantly evaluating each program for popularity, effectiveness, and business need
  • Maintain and update L&D tools/systems (ie. Navex, Litmos, Glint)

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of training operation/project management experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • LMS experience (ie. Litmos, Navex, Glint)
  • Video editing (preferred)
  • Technically savvy (strong proficiency in excel, Gmail, Google calendar, video conferencing)
  • High Energy!
