Marketing Analytics Manager

Description

The Marketing Analytics Manager will build a marketing analytics infrastructure and process that informs our decisions across the B2B marketing organizations. You will measure marketing and business initiatives including channel and acquisition cost optimization. You will report to the Sr. Director, Campaign Operations and work closely with marketing programs managers to understand how & when to spend marketing budget for optimal results.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sr. Director to build an analytics framework to report on MQL and Net-New lead generation, program performance, and budget optimization.
  • Monitor performance of new channels and implement solutions that optimize conversion and lower overall cost-per-lead.
  • Optimize revenue generation by proactively identifying low and high ROI programs to inform potential areas for investment/divestment.
  • Develop analytics and dashboards to communicate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights to improve conversion metrics.
  • Perform strategic and various ad hoc analysis to support B2B marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing programs team, business ops, and sales ops to create yearly and quarterly marketing funnel models.
  • Partner with the marketing programs team to formulate revenue-positive demand gen plans.
  • Support monthly MQL and Net-New lead forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and analytics roles
  • High proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Experience in Tableau, databases/SQL/SAS, and business intelligence tools a must
  • Experience in Marketo and Salesforce is a must. Marketo Certification a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
