You will:

  • Lead a team of passionate engineers, data analysts, and designers through iterative releases, working in an Agile environment.
  • Be the sole PM - Help us further establish and expand our Growth practice.
  • Own the roadmap and key metrics around User Registration, Enrollment in engagement programs, etc. and represent those in bi-weekly and quarterly sessions with our Exec team.
  • Partner with our SEO, Email/Engagement, Mobile, Data Science and other teams.

The ideal candidate is/has:

  • Experience in a Growth capacity in a Consumer Internet business.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Established and owned KPIs and driven significant growth through rapid A/B testing and iteration.
  • Strong UX thinking.
  • Analytical power and passion for data-driven decision making
  • Able to partner with analysts and also ready to get her/his hands dirty with Google Analytics, MixPanel, SQL or Presto and/or BI Tools like Tableau.
  • Experienced leading a team of engineers in an Agile environment
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering/Sciences, Business or related data field.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and leadership skills.
