What You'll Do:

As part of the SMB Sales Team, your primary focus will be renewing expiring business, developing a consultative skill-set and maintaining an exceptional level of processional service. Your are measured on your ability to retain and grow business with a focus on client satisfaction.

In addition, you will also:

  • Manage a book of business with a focus on revenue growth and retention while providing exceptional customer service
  • Structure and propose packaging and pricing that is in alignment with your client’s needs
  • Proactively manage and organize a book of business with the intent of uncovering opportunities for renewal growth and upsell
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth quotas
  • Leverage, explore and implement new strategies to best provide value to clients seeking counsel in employee engagement, recruiting and industry best practices
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year of sales or solution-selling experience desired, but less experience would be considered with an appropriate business case
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a strong focus on quota achievement, account retention and growing your book of business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems
  • A passion for client satisfaction and business growth
  • Technically savvy (bonus if proficient in Salesforce, automation and report building)
  • HR or recruiting industry experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)
  • You thrive in an ever-changing environment
