The Customer Service Associate is a self-starter who enjoys helping others, and possesses strong communication and digital skills to join our growing Community Care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from our members, employers and clients via online customer service platform
  • Maintain our Service Level Agreement to meet a minimum response time
  • Cross train to support multiple teams

Specific Hiring Characteristics/Targets:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Experience or interest in online customer service a plus
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • Solid decision making skills
  • Passion for customer service is a must!
  • Ability to work in team-based, collaborative environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's + 3 years experience or Associate's + 5 years experience
  • Passion for customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Monday-Friday, full-time, 8 hours per day, core in office hours 8am-5pm

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, work well under tight deadlines and be able to act quickly and think on their feet. This role supports internal and external customers, working directly with them daily to assist and answer questions
