Manager, Marketing Analytics

We’re looking for an individual with exceptional quantitative and analytic skills to manage our advertising partnerships. You will work directly with our Business Development, Product, and Data Science teams to implement campaign requirements, manage optimization to meet business objectives, and translate resulting performance and insights to stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing the overall strategy and execution of our advertising partnership programs; owning forecasting, partnership development, and traffic quality/user engagement.

  • Daily optimization of our jobs ad network program to ensure delivery against our traffic quality and user engagement goals
  • Responsible for managing budgets, monitoring spend pace, and performance forecasting
  • Identify and execute on price testing, budget reallocation, and other optimization opportunities
  • Drive product roadmap on automation and feature requirements to improve jobs ad network program efficiency
  • Evaluate external bid management and reporting tools to improve ROAS and efficiency to the jobs ad network program
  • Provide and monitor reporting on a frequent basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns
  • Work closely with Product and Data Science teams to drive tracking/reporting requirements and resolve discrepancy issues
  • Analyze and recommend key performance measures from campaigns to grow our ad spends with affiliates/publishers
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to test new channels and sustain programs that grow Glassdoor’s global user base

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. degree and 5+ years of experience in online marketing analytics, yield management, and/or search engine marketing
  • Must have an understanding of CPM, CPC, and CPA models
  • High proficiency in Excel, conducting revenue and life-time value analysis
  • SQL query experience preferred
  • Experience with various reporting tools (Tableau), and web analytics (Google Analytics), etc.
  • Independent and proactive. You’ll think of new and creative ways to drive the business forward.
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills. You are able to clearly communicate and present insights and recommendations to management.
  • High energy and results oriented. You’re always looking for improvements.
  • Experience and proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
