The Senior, Business Analyst will be part of Business Applications team, and will report in to Sr. Manager, SalesTech Applications. The ideal team member for this role will have a blend of technical and business experience with very strong expertise in the CRM technology stack especially on the Salesforce.com platform. This team member will be responsible for creating and delivering value to the Sales organization from the IT Business Applications team stand point. This person will own building and streamlining processes related to Sales Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Commissions, Quoting and systems designs that enhance internal employees’ experience. The team member is expected to be an expert on Salesforce.com platform especially on the Sales Cloud, and have strong experience in streamlining end to end processes with best practices along with systems implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Lead, own, and deliver Sales specific technology related projects with minimal guidance  
  • Support and manage Salesforce.com Sales Cloud related technology stack
  • Subject matter expert for Sales Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Commissions and Quoting processes
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure industry best practices are followed
  • Respond proactively to user questions/issues and implement new processes or improve existing ones. This includes interacting with cross-functional business units to define requirements and understand both systems upstream and downstream changes
  • Develop functional and high level technical design documents for new business requirements and deliver to our internal development group or vendor consultants
  • Coordinate and manage offshore developer and configuration resources
  • Document business process flows and requirements
  • Show excellence on your operational and project work consistently

Technical Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 year of IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform
  • Experience in configuring, managing and implementing solutions such as Salesforce CPQ, Forecasting and Commissions tools
  • A business analyst with strong knowledge and experience on Salesfroce.com technology stack
  • Must have experience working in streamlining end to end business processes    
  • Experience in driving system implementation, agile project management and data flow best practices knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Sales Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and Commissions processes
  • Must be analytical and data driven with strong skills in reports and spreadsheet
  • 4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field required
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
