The Glassdoor B2B Marketing Programs Team is looking for an up-and-coming marketer to join our  well-oiled demand generation machine for the summer of 2018. We need a dynamic self-starter who will help us work smarter, not harder in a fast-paced startup environment to achieve our aggressive awareness and engagement goals.

Our team is responsible for delivering high-performing, hyper-targeted user experiences to a subscriber database of 250,000 Enterprise-level and SMB contacts. The Marketing Programs Intern will help implement, execute, optimize and analyze campaigns to increase team efficiency and overall ROI.

The ideal candidate is analytical, passionate, and communicative. He or she should be self-motivated and resourceful, with effective  time management skills and superior attention to detail. This candidate should be able to work cross-functionally with other teams in our greater B2B Marketing Organization. A background in marketing is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data, analytics and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and drive acquisition growth and customer retention
  • Research competitive landscape and identify new opportunities to creatively reach and engage buyers
  • Become the Marketing Programs team’s go-to assistant for campaign reporting and analysis across email, direct mail, advertising and web
  • Track and report progress against campaign goals
  • Inform our video marketing strategy through research and testing
  • Support our ABM (account-based marketing) efforts by selecting target accounts/contacts, building nurture streams and creating  prospecting materials for our SDR team
  • Execute the promotional strategy for our annual event - Glassdoor Recruit, including email, advertising and social campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Marketing Operations and Product Marketing to ensure open lines of communication during campaign development and execution

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate student, marketing major not required
  • Rising juniors and seniors preferred
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Refined attention to detail, impressive organizational skills, and an eye for consistency
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
