Glassdoor is looking for Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Marketing Technology with a proven track record in designing, implementing and managing Marketing and CRM solutions.

You will be responsible to implement, manage and scale our technology and business process You will be expected to develop new ideas, find new capabilities, recommend best practices, evaluate and recommend business systems of choice, and drive their implementation/integration.

Succeeding in this position requires you to be a self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. You should enjoy becoming a subject matter expert in multiple areas and have a strong affinity for efficient end-2-end processes, well-integrated business systems, and a passion for structured data.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance and Engineering, to identify and translate business requirements into scalable systems-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology (Demand Gen to Opportunity)
  • Proactively identify and resolve areas of friction impacting operations or usability
  • Provide day to day hands on problem management, guidance, and support to stakeholders
  • Primary IT lead for working with the Business Partners in Marketing
  • Manage, design, and scale lead to opportunity processes and systems (Marketing Automation, Salesforce.com, Prospecting, Lead Scoring, Attribution, ABM)
  • Support continuous improvement and evaluate impact and prioritization of individual projects
  • Collaborate with leadership across all functions to drive decisions and execution plan

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, and implementation of sales & marketing technology related projects from initiation to launch
  • Expert level experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools and their integrations
  • Technical background and deep understanding of technology architecture, API’s, and integration best practices
  • Deep experience in key Marketing Operations concepts including (but not limited to):
    • List Management Automation
    • Campaign Attribution
    • Automation of Lead Nurturing
    • Lead Scoring design and automation implementation
    • Advanced Lead Assignment management
    • MQL to SQL design and implementation
  • First-hand experience with optimized Account Management techniques such as:
    • Account Data Enrichment
    • Account Hierarchies
    • Territory Management
  • Expert understanding of Demand Generation and Salesforce.com Sales Cloud key concepts, including:
    • Campaign Management
    • Lead Management
    • Opportunity Management
    • Contracting & eSignature
    • Forecasting
    • Multi-Currency
  • Experience with any of the following technologies: Marketo, Lean Data, Distribution Engine, Outreach, Drawloop, Xactly, any other QTC solution.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong technical, systems, project management, and business process acumen
  • Strong problem solving skills (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
