Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager who wants to jump in head-first and help build a pre-IPO startup.  You will directly contribute to the growth by partnering with our Enterprise B2B corporations to expand the suite of Glassdoor products.

Position Description

Glassdoor is looking for a high performing Enterprise Relationship Manager with 5+ years experience retaining and growing revenue while delivering an exceptional level of customer service to an exciting portfolio of existing clients. As an Enterprise Relationship Manager you will be responsible for profitably managing a high volume of existing accounts by proactively ensuring client satisfaction/retention and increasing revenue.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage and grow exciting portfolio of existing customer base within Glassdoor 
  • Manage customer base through a high-deep and wide business approach
  • Maintain account retention while providing exceptional customer service and developing new client relationships
  • Successfully communicate and work with third-party agencies to deliver enhanced metrics and over proportional growth
  • Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations and deliver impactful QBR’s
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention goals
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of Relationship Management experience with a strong track record of success
  • HR or recruiting industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience working within a team environment to over-deliver on desired results
  • Experience with high-level (Director or above) negotiations and the ability to successfully navigate complex organizations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage large Enterprise Accounts with a strong focus on retention and growing your book of business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Strong belief in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC & Marketo
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)
  • Fluency in French and/or German a plus
  • Ability to fulfill 25% expected travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
