Internal Communications Program Manager

About the Role: The Glassdoor Enablement team mission is to enable the Sales & Customer Success (CS) teams to exceed their goals by improving their execution. The Internal Communications Program Manager will play a vital role in fulfilling that mission by owning and optimizing internal communications.

About You: You’re a results-oriented self-starter with a passion for communications and program management. You love working cross-functionally and you build strong relationships with partner teams, acting as the ‘face of enablement.’ You’re excited about managing programs end-to-end and you drive the strategy and execution for our internal communications and content management programs. Additionally, you leverage your project management skills to create and deliver internal meetings and events that support business goals. You believe in the power of carefully crafted communications and have demonstrated an ability to influence through verbal and written communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong, productive relationships with leadership and other stakeholders across Glassdoor, resulting in a deep understand of their priorities / initiatives and the impact on Sales and CS

Internal Communications

  • Manage and optimize weekly communication program for Sales and CS reps and leaders, driving engagement, adoption and info retention
  • Consult with cross-functional partners on how to get information to Sales and CS teams in the most effective way

Content Management

  • Administrate Glassdoor’s Content Management Solution, partnering with Marketing to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
  • Manage reporting and analysis on Content Management data, using it to optimize the our strategy for the platform

Event / Meeting Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and design content for large internal meetings, such as Quarterly Sales Meetings or Sales Huddles, in partnership with Leadership
  • Plan and coordinate bi-annual Team Offsites, in collaboration with Enablement Partners and Leadership
  • Lead planning, project management and execution for the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) event

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Enablement or Communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills, experience building cross-functional relationships
  • Experience working at both the leadership and rep level
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Customer Success
  • Experience implementing or managing Content Management Solutions
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal guidance and short turnaround times
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time
