Senior Channel Account Manager-RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Account Manager who can grow Glassdoor’s business with leading Recruitment Process Outsourcers (RPOs).  

This exceptional individual will be a strategic advisor to senior leaders at the top RPOs, helping them to maximize their ROI with Glassdoor.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership, leverage, and results by working successfully with RPOs to drive business and engagement value.


  • Meet/Exceed business growth targets with RPOs.
  • Design and implement programs that transform RPOs into Glassdoor evangelists
  • Lead high-impact partner engagements with RPOs
  • Develop strong relationships with executives and senior leaders at RPOs
  • Organize periodic relationship meetings between Glassdoor and RPO executives
  • Facilitate sales lead generation and qualification for Glassdoor sales teams
  • Effectively and tactfully resolve issues as they arise
  • Educate Glassdoor representatives on how to build win-win relationships with RPOs
  • Leverage insights and data to measure our success and gather insights

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales. .
  • Exceptional communicator, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; high degree of emotional intelligence
    Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders at varying levels to support business goals
  • Positive, can-do spirit and passion for social media and technology
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and being part of a fast growing company


  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • 10+ years’ experience working at a leading RPO or with leading RPOs 
  • Proven sales ability including relationship building and management, consultative selling approach 
  • Strong skills with, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel as needed
