Description

We're looking for dynamic, high potential sales people with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for bringing on new business, exceeding quota, the thrill of the hunt as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities over the phone and web
  • Maniacally qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
  • Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling in a transactional environment.
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations using inside sales best practices
  • Exceed a quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of sales related work experience
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Discipline to maintain high call volumes (minimum 40 outbound calls per day)
  • Prior consistent quota achievement/top performance in sales/business development
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Recruitment/employer branding industry knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university; Business degree preferred
