Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Application (Finance Technology) team. The team is tasked with optimizing the systems and processes that drive Glassdoor from order to cash, procure to pay and record to report.

This role is an internally focused Product Manager with finance, in support of key initiatives around Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report tracks. From a systems standpoint - this includes managing systems configurations of some of our advanced/core systems including Revenue Management/GL and documenting existing system gaps, providing recommendations to resolve such gaps, and eventually work with development team to deliver awesome results. Ultimately, it is all about building efficient systems and tools that enable finance teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.


  • Work with the business systems and Finance team to implement new capabilities and systems
  • Partner closely with finance stakeholders in understanding current system gaps and working with internal and external teams to ensure the right solution gets rolled out.
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing systems and processes
  • Build cross-functional partnerships in order to translate business requirements into syste-ms-driven solutions
  • Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping/re-engineering and system design. Have an organized and structured way of executing Projects, which includes necessary objective documentation.
  • Manage systems configurations for core financial applications
  • Ensure deployments are successful, well-planned, and meets user requirements and in accordance to ITGC controls.
  • Support operational financial close processes, prioritize support activities to provide most business value within limited capacity, and identify opportunities to automate and optimize recurring Production issues, keeping business priorities into consideration.
  • Provide Incident Management support for key business applications, and coordinate support with our vendors and internal departments
  • Evaluate and contrast platforms as solutions for for new business requirements.
  • Occasionally collaborate with remote team members, as assigned for specific projects or support tasks.
  • Be a team-player for large cross-functional projects, as well as an individual contributor for specific high-value low effort tasks


  • A deep understanding of key financial business processes (Quote-to-Cash, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay), which includes the transfer points with boundary applications
  • Capable of translating complex processes into technical flow/ specifications and solutions taking specific strengths and limitations into consideration
  • Expert-level  ERP platforms - example NetSuite (preferred), Oracle / Workday, etc - and/or specialized applications like RevPro, RevStream, NetSuite, Coupa, Concur etc. for combined progressive experience between 5-7 years
  • Have in-depth understanding of the data flow across disperse systems, and challenges and best practices involved in maintaining data integrity, for reliable cross-platform reporting and reconciliation
  • Comfortable interacting with technical team members including offshore team to design, project manage and implement technical solutions
  • Data-driven, pragmatic and bring a relaxed, enthusiastic attitude while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Experience working in a structured and disciplined change control process environment, based on JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy or similar platforms
  • Professional Certification in Project Management and/ or NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience on an Integration Platform as a Service(IPaaS) like Boomi, Mulesoft or Snaplogic prefered
  • BS in Technology or Finance
