Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Enterprise Relationship professional who wants to jump in head-first and help build a pre-IPO startup.  You will directly contribute to the growth by calling on Mid-Market B2B corporations to introduce the suite of Glassdoor products.

Position Description

We are looking for a dynamic, high performer with 4+ years of experience creating leads for technology products and/or services over the phone and via web-based presentations.  The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics. They also have experience navigating through complex organisations and prospecting  to multiple decision makers in the C-Suite.

Your day-to-day:

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities via the phone and web
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline
  • Strategically attack a regional territory to source and solidify top-tier-brand relationships
  • Inform clients of our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social networking
  • Skillfully deliver in person and web based presentations using best practices
  • Comfortably speak with VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
  • Consistently smash your new business quarterly and annual quota and be well-compensated for doing so
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, focused and coachable

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of B2B or relevant sales experience creating leads over the phone/web
  • Experience with face to face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone
  • Strong track record of achievement preferably with B2B digital media, SaaS or Consultancy
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling and negotiating
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC, online presentation tools  & Marketo
  • HR or Recruiting industry experience preferred
  • 4 year degree from a great college or university
  • Strong communication, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with change in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working under deadlines to hit goals, whilst remaining organised and prioritising responsibilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Dynamic personality with a "can do" attitude
  • Success in developing New Business partnerships and territories
  • Unrelenting desire to build upon your successful track record in sales
  • Unquestionable appetite to learn, improve, win and share formula to success with others
