Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Manager for Enterprise Sales, who wants to jump in head-first and help build a pre-IPO startup experiencing explosive growth.  You will directly contribute to the expansion of Glassdoor’s EMEA business by managing a team of Enterprise Account Managers, working with some of the biggest brand names in the UK and Europe.

What You'll Do:

  • Hire, lead and coach a team of successful Enterprise Relationship Managers
  • Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals
  • Develop scalable playbooks and define process for the Enterprise Account Management
  • Engage your team with interactive meetings and fun challenges
  • Overachievement of targets
  • Accurate and on-time forecast reporting
  • Effectively lead your team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of success leading a B2B Enterprise sales team selling to FTSE accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove it
  • Demonstrated ability to command the board room
  • Have weathered and love a startup environment
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Stable track record with 2+ years in each organization
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • University degree required
