We're looking for high performing Account Managers to help build out our Staffing Growth Group with 1-2 years successful quota carrying experience, preferably with a pay-for-performance background. As a Staffing Account Manager you will be responsible for managing up to 70 current advertising brands, proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention and increasing revenue via upsell opportunities and contract renewals.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage book of business with focus on revenue growth and retention while providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, with the intent of nurturing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Proactively manage performance based AdCampigns while utilizing Glassdoor data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Skillfully deliver monthly client check in calls/presentations with the goal of ensuring client renewal before end of contract term
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly value retention quotas
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of Account Management experience (prior sales or advertising experience desired) with proven track of of selling and managing pay-for-performance products
  • Ability to manage up to 70 clients while identifying opportunities for growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to try new strategies and gauge viability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
  • Solid ability to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional, data driven manner
  • Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems
  • A passion and deep understanding of customer service and business growth
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in SFDC and Marketo
  • Staffing or recruitment advertising experience preferred (but not required)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and leverage tableau and excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
