The right candidate will contribute to the design and development of major components of GigaVUE-FM at Gigamon. The candidate will work as part of a growing, dynamic team, will thrive in a cross-functional team environment to lead and achieve project deliverables, and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the product lines.

  
Responsibilities:

  
  • Will design and development of rich web applications using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks like React JS, and Bootstrap to manage physical traffic visibility and analysis
  • Will collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, that includes UX, BE, QA Engineers, and PLM throughout the lifecycle of the product to deliver a competitive product on time with the right quality
  • Will look for opportunities to improve the performance of the application
  • Requirements:
  • BE/BS in CS or related field
  • 14+ years of professional experience with strong knowledge in designing and developing rich web applications using JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, React Js, Redux, Sagas, HTML 5 & CSS. Knowledge in Angular JS will help to handle our legacy applications
  • Knowledge in Networking & Visibility domain will be given preference and will be an advantage to excel performance in this role
  • Experience in writing unit test scripts using React Testing library and adding required attributes for Cypress will be good
  • Passion for developing easy-to-use and compelling user interfaces
  • Ability to ramp up on new and cutting-edge technologies/frameworks and use them as needed to help Gigamon gain a competitive advantage
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages and best practices
