Who You Are:
You are a seasoned sales leader with pan-LATAM experience.  As Director of Sales, you'll set strategic direction and lead a team to meet and exceed targets, helping the company reach its goals. This position is responsible for developing the sales team members, providing forecasting and reporting to the executive committee, and creating an environment that fosters growth and innovation. Ideal candidates have 10 years of experience leading a sales team.

Your Next Opportunity:
-Develops, recommends and implements the annual and long-range strategic plans for sales in a specific region, to meet and exceed annual sales revenue targets.
-Meets with clients and prospects to foster relationships and persuade them to bring business to the company.
-Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
-Guide, direct and coach Sales teams to remain aligned with goals, optimize selling techniques and meet expected productivity levels.
-Drive performance of sales team by guiding with and leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and Salesforce.
-Identify and develop high performing employees and effectively coach those in need of improvement.
-Guide team members on selling techniques including relationship building at the appropriate levels.
-Work closely with and maintain open and effective communication with counterparts in Sales as well as business partners in all cross-functional departments.
-Remain informed and knowledgeable with the industry, market, competitors, and trends.
-Manage department budget

What You'll Need:
-Minimum of 10 years in related industry and in management role
-Solid experience in business development and relevant sales environments
-Proven success negotiating, presenting solutions and executing strategic sales plans
-Advanced knowledge and practice of coaching, motivating and managing a team.
-Demonstrated ability to set targets and KPIs, establish expectations, hold people account.
-Superb interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-Effective at building rapport with clients and sales teams
-Meet deadlines and thrive in a sales environment.
-Be agile, remain focused and make smart decisions in a rapidly changing, often ambiguous environment and strong change management through organization changes.
-Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
