Who You Are

We’re looking for a commercially-focused marketer with strong B2B experience, preferably in the creative industries, to support sales of Getty Images’ best-in-class photography, video, music and data services to our Agency and Corporate customer segments in the UK & Ireland region.

Your Next Challenge 

You’ll own your segments, aligning with our Sales management to agree on target sectors, the right tactics to use and the budget share you’ll need. As such, you’ll be a natural team player with excellent communication skills, used to working in complete partnership with sales teams to understand their challenges, advise on effective marketing solutions and execute on these solutions to support them in achieving ambitious growth targets.
From a tactical side, you’ll have a proven track record in planning and managing events and partnerships that create cut through in a cluttered marketplace and which generate high-value leads for our sales team with measurable ROI.
You’ll also have good experience in producing effective marketing materials – turning sales feedback and customer insight into tightly-written briefs for our designer that are the foundation of persuasive customer communications and sales tools.
Finally, you’ll be comfortable with demand generation, researching and sourcing leads from third parties to build out segment knowledge and provide our sales team with marketing-qualified opportunities to build their pipelines.

What You’ll Need

5 years relevant management experience in business to business marketing.
Must have demonstrable experience in driving longer term strategies and being able to think strategically – yet also be comfortable operating and executing at the tactical level.
Significant experience of partnering/aligning with sales functions towards revenue objectives.
Solid experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and retention.
Experience in developing marketing plans, budgets including brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention across a media mix in both online and offline environments.
Working knowledge of paid search, organic search, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing and social media. Specifically, how and when it is appropriate to use these channels to attain goals.
Experience of working with CRM and marketing automation systems. Knowledge of Salesforce and Eloqua would be advantageous.
Project management ability to work with campaign schedules, deadlines, briefs and budget.
Previous experience and knowledge of the UKI creative industries would be preferred.
Good eye for detail required for proofing and KPI reporting.
CIM or IDM marketing qualifications (or equivalents) are preferred.
