The Position

Lead your team to provide an entertaining, customer service experience that is second to none!

As a Bingo Coordinator, you will work alongside your team members to ensure the successful operations of bingo events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises the bingo operations, financial management, and staff activities
  • Verifies cash floats and distribution of floats to staff
  • Calculates prize payouts and maintains record of prize payouts in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Works in conjunction with the caller to ensure awareness of all payouts, promotions and announcements
  • Ensures all equipment is operational prior to and during event as well as possible minor equipment maintenance
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of promotions and specials and ensures team is knowledgeable in products and promotions

 

What You’ll Require

  • 2 years of supervisory work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 year of bingo experience
  • Serving It Right Certificate completed prior to start date
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge with computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet navigation
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
