Gaea is looking out for Supply chain lead to carry out sales in India, APAC, Middle East region.

Location: India

Job Requirements:

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain domain
  • Experience in Selling/solutioning Oracle Supply Chain products
  • Proven Track record of sales/expansion of business
  • Business Development and Sales of Oracle Supply Chain Products (WMS) in India, APAC & Middle East
  • Solid software experience
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
  • Experience in selling Supply Chain (notably-Warehouse Management (WMS), Planning, Replenishments/Allocations, POS, Store Operations is a must
  • Someone who has started the career as Functional Consultant working in SCM domain, part of integration/Implementation team and then moved to Sales is a preferred candidate
  • Min 7 + years’ work experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in similar field
  • Primary duty is to Retail Solutions/ business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key thirdparty influencers.
  • Must have experience selling into Retail accounts
  • Ability to deliver / drive demo or presentation sessions
  • Ability to have high level discussions with customer stake holders across functions to elicit requirement and pain points
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Travel as needed
