Should have handled at least 3 end-end project implementation in construction domain
Extensive experience in project planning/stakeholder management/Risk Management/Scope Management/Cost Management etc.
Should be able to execute and monitor the project till its closure
Should have good understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies
Should be able to help the team during execution by providing solutions and industry best practices
Sound knowledge of the market and financial information to successfully complete assigned projects within set deadlines and timelines
Extensive knowledge of applying new technologies and techniques on various process control tools and equipment’s
Proficient in MS office, Primavera P6/Microsoft Project
PMP certification is an added advantage
Ability and willingness to acquire new IT skills and certifications in areas where Gaea Global has vital stakes
