What we’re seeking:
 
We are searching for a Director of Business Acquisition to lead our expansion strategy and guide our team of Senior Business Acquisition Executives to success. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of strategies designed to penetrate new markets and grow revenue streams. You’ll bring proven experience in driving enterprise sales and building high-performing teams. Your focus will be on aligning business objectives with acquisition efforts, fostering relationships with C-suite executives, and ensuring sustained revenue growth in the telecommunications industry.

What you’ll do:
 
  • Develop and lead the business acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with Frontier’s organizational objectives
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Senior Business Acquisition Executives, providing guidance and support to drive sales success
  • Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and secure high-value partnerships with enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite decision-makers to close large-scale deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions tailored to client needs
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure continuous revenue growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position Frontier as a leader in telecommunications solutions

  • Knowledgeable about Frontier, the industry, and solutions.

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced in program management and leadership.
  • Resourceful in overcoming barriers.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
  • 10+ years managing sales teams in telecom, IT, or managed services.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
