At Fort Point Beer Company, SDRs conduct initial business dealings with prospective accounts, creating a superior partnership experience that will set the stage for future sales. Attention to detail is a must. 

Sales Development Representatives are vital to our success, working with our seasoned Sales team to research, build, and manage a pipeline of new accounts in dedicated sales territories. SDRs are also key contributors toward maintaining our current customer base. Highly organized professionals who work well in a team environment and can take initiative to get tasks done on their own will be successful in this role. Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience will enhance your candidacy for this role.



  • Daily research to build a lead development pipeline
  • Leverage sales management tools, including our CRM, to track all sales activities
  • High volume prospecting by making first contact via phone, networking, email
  • Set meetings with key decision makers within organizations of all sizes
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing Fort Point accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals showing growth of net new sales opportunities
  • Process sales orders as needed in our custom order inventory system


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritizes organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals



  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • or similar CRM experience is a plus
  • Restaurant/bar industry experience is a plus
