The ideal candidate will have past experience in one or more of the following areas in a vendor based environment: new market entry, customer service tools, payments, catalog management, feeds, reporting & analytics.  All encompassing various areas of the site (e.g., home page/product page, search, cart/checkout, supply chain, mobile or multi-channel) improving the design features and functions of the shopping experience for their global eCommerce sites.

Key Results:

  • Supporting the overall eCommerce strategy and front-end teams in building out the backend support to execute this strategy
  • Sales targets for Global eCommerce business (to achieve over $500 million in 3 years)


  • As part of the eCommerce Backend team, this person owns the portions of the eCommerce experience to support the company’s growth objectives for eCommerce.  
  • Works with Product Management team to design and implement product strategy for the company’s eCommerce sites.
  • Evaluates functionality and drives continuous improvement to deliver conversion goals ensuring project execution and delivery. 
  • Support the global business in growth from $100 million to $500 million
  • Understand the competitive environment and identify leading ideas to incorporate into design of the company’s global sites.
  • Oversee design of features and functions, understand business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritize to develop roadmap.  Post delivery, measure performance and optimize to drive conversion.
  • Partner with customers to identify features and functions that could be jointly owned/collaborated to leverage the company’s brand to increase presence with the customers .

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree. MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in eCommerce Product Management. 
  • Financial skills to drive ROI analysis. 
  • Business and marketing skills to drive strategy and customer focus/marketing.
