Description

Our client, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join the company’s live brand marketing team. The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate on the live and post-launch marketing operations in the NSCA territory. This individual will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs including digital revenues, ARPU, and engagement.

The company is composed of over 12,000 talented people located in 28 countries across the globe. With around 85% of its staff devoted to game development, the company has the 2nd largest in-house creative team in the world.

The right candidate will have an interest in gaming and/or entertainment, but being an expert in either is not a requirement. At the company, you’ll grow and develop as a member of a department that includes multiple Effie and Game Marketing Award winners.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Creation:Build the business service strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive insights
  • Project Management:Lead the detailed planning and implementation process in order to meet defined goals.
  • Collaboration:Work in conjunction with the Live Production Team to define communication tools to manage the game as a service.
  • Analytics:Partner with analytics to evaluate player conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization KPIs.
  • Manage Creative Development: Brief and manage agencies to deliver best in class creative executions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years consumer product marketing experience as a cross functional leader (1+ years post MBA)
  • Marketing experience focused on consumer retention is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required, MBA preferred
  • Marketing experience in the entertainment and/or video game industry a plus
  • Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.
