User Acquistion Marketing Director (Direct Hire)

Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Director to join its growing New York headquarters’ marketing team.


  • Own company’s user acquisition service across a portfolio of games and across a variety of channels worldwide
  • Identify and execute cost-effective strategies to acquire high lifetime value customers.
  • Work closely with our Data Engineering team to build LTV models and automatization tools for running and reporting campaigns
  • Maximize ROI for each game, channel and user cohort, ensuring acquired customers meet objectives for overall revenue and volume
  • Collaborate with marketing team to produce campaigns, landing pages, creative directions, and messaging
  • Provide regular feedback on partners’ plan in terms of viral and user acquisition features, and work with them to continuously optimize
  • Provide detailed campaign spending and performance reports for internal and partner review
  • Participate in the selection and management of 3rd party technology and tools (business intelligence, analytics, user acquisition, advertising network SDKs etc.) to be used by the company and by developer partners
  • Participate in the evaluation process to identify the company’s next games Reports to the Chief Product Officer



  • Excellent quantitative skills and a deep understanding of statistics
  • Highly analytical, with deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and creative, copy, and landing page development
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A passion for games
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work with creative partners
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while meeting changing deadlines and priorities
  • Positive attitude and a love for problem solving
  • Experience growing a fast moving company a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience in user acquisition for mobile games a strong plus, but candidates with digital user acquisition experience are welcome to apply.
