To provide refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent high levels service in line with company policies and procedures.
o Provide refund services tourists in an always professional and friendly manner at the airport customer refund desk. Investigate and resolve their direct queries and any escalated cases, accompany the tourists during the tax refund processes. Explain all refund procedures in an easy to understand way.
o Represent the company in the face to face contact with our tourists, create an excellent long lasting impression for tourists.
o Contacting with the local Customs office in matters of daily business, communications.
o Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the Refund desk manager.
o Engage in the administration of the internal post including the collection of forms and our drop boxes
The ideal candidate:
o 3- 5 years working experience in a comparable position (finance industry)
o Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
o Ability to work in customer- facing roles
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Reliable, team player and hands on mentality
o Fluency in written and spoken English; Chinese, Russian are mostly welcomed.
