Our team consists of all exciting fields of Operations including Delivery, Payments, Fraud, Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations and Operations Strategy. We are truly global, with strong presence in all global regions including Porto, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. The Role:

Focusing on innovation and customer experience you will research, explore, plan and implement ground-breaking delivery solutions that will contribute to making Farfetch the number 1 player in luxury fashion e-commerce worldwide.

 

What You’ll do:

  • Lead the implementation of new delivery projects liaising with external providers and internal teams, from tech to business development, in such way that desired changes and improvements with regards to transport and customs related processes are channelled to and from the company.
  • Personalize delivery offering for destinations such as China, Japan, Australia, Russia and others in order to meet customer’s expectations and enhance the experience of buying in Farfetch;
  • Design, evaluate and setup delivery solutions such as multi-leg shipments, same-day delivery, 90 minutes delivery, PUDO points, etc. that will contribute to maximize customer’s experience.

Who You Are:

  • +5 years experienced in logistics related projects;
  • A professional with international Commerce Knowledge (customs procedures, regulations and documentation);
  • Organized, proactive and customer oriented;
  • Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines; 
  • Fluent English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
