Key Responsibiities:

Build up Farfetch fashion authority through content

  • Understand Farfetch’s value proposition and what our brand image represents
  • Conduct the strategy to generate social media content/creative which is able to represent Farfetch and utilized on multiple local marketing channels
  • Closely follow fashion trend and is able to put into text and images to articulate to our customers
  • Create multiple asset such as fashion luxury brand and designer introduction to support our fashion authority image

Drive customer engagement, retention and transaction through content

  • Understand content marketing in digital and eCommerce world and how it supports business growth
  • Provide adequate theme and content such as product recommendations for different shopping entries – web portal, mobile app, and WeChat store

Continue improving content based on data

  • Closely track the effectiveness of the content such as conversion in product recommendation articles based on data analysis
  • Collect feedback from internal and external customers on the contents generated for further improvement

Who you are:

  • You have 5 - 10 years’ experience in fashion luxury world (online or offline) as the editor/writer pioneer
  • You have knowledge and love of fashion trends at all levels from high-end designers to cutting edge street style, combined with knowledge of current fashion, fashion history and pop-culture
  • You are well-versed in fashion and have a strong understanding of garment and accessory construction to implement content strategy through local channels, like Wechat, Weibo, etc.
  • You are preferable to have a comprehensive knowledge of online best practices, including an understanding of SEO, combined with proven track record of creating engaging digital and social content
  • You can work to agreed deadlines and work autonomously providing self-direction
  • You are a team player attitude and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, fast­ paced environment
