Responsibility´╝Ü

• Payroll management to ensure accuracy and on time delivery;
• Participate in the definition of a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals;
• Influence a consistent compensation philosophy in line with our organizational culture and objectives;
• Manage the job levelling system, conduct job evaluation to ensure consistency and equity within the organization;
• Perform C&B governance role, provide advices in C&B related areas, such as salary proposal review especially on exceptional cases;
• Ensure that compensation practices and hiring processes are in compliance with current legislation;
• Use various methods and techniques in order to take data based decisions on the different types of compensations (financial and nonfinancial benefits);
• Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages them;
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
• Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that add more value;
• Participate in the development and update of the career framework;
• Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;
• Perform continuous research about emerging trends, issues and best practices;
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports related to payroll and HR metrics.

Key skills and experience´╝Ü

• Bachelor degree holder with 5+ years related working experience in C&B area with strong business acumen;
• Proven working experience in a similar role;
• Previous experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
• Working knowledge of performance evaluation and job analysis systems;
• Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys;
• Good knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits;
• Good team player, assertive and able to work independently;
• Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines;
• Fluent English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.
