Global Marketing Executive – Farfetch Private Client

About the role:

The main responsibilities include contributing to the design of innovative marketing campaigns and being responsible for their delivery to time and quality standards in order to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition & loyalty. Ultimately, the goal of the FPC Marketing team is to drive the growth and contribution of the Farfetch Private Client segment.

The ideal profile will be well organised and have a keen eye for detail whilst understanding the big picture and focusing on customer excellence during all marketing activities. 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of multiple best-in-class campaigns across channels marketing targeting new and current Private Clients, to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Ensure the Private Client branding guidelines are adopted by all relevant stakeholders and that PC communications standards are met by global (CRM, Marketing) and local (PC stylists) teams
  • Collaborate with Fashion Concierge and the Commercial team to support the Supply & Demand alignment efforts to build PC communications and app content supporting product launches/brand specific messaging
  • Contribute to the elaboration and maintenance of a Global PC Marketing calendar
  • Support with identifying data gaps and potential improvements, measurement of marketing KPIs and marketing reports/campaign tracking
  • Support with defining & improving customer journeys across all touch points
  • Ensure all logistical, operational and trackingl elements of events are planned and executed for impeccable events for clients
  • Manage event budget where required
  • Provide support for planning and execution of FPC partnerships
  • Act as brand ambassador, representing Farfetch in an elegant and professional way at all times
  • Keep abreast of evolving Farfetch brand and its positioning in the market, informing and updating the FPC team when necessary

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications in Fashion
  • Experience in direct and digital marketing, ideally in the luxury fashion industry
  • Proven ability to work to strict deadlines across multiple projects at a time
  • Planning and campaign support experience including collaboration with external agencies
  • Well organised, proactive, efficient and able to work off own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers and across teams
  • Good written skills with an ability to write creatively and with a fine attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and communicate insights drawn from data/reports
  • Keen interest in consumer behaviour, at all stages in the customer experience, and how this can drive growth
  • Strong team player
