What You’ll do:

Manage and develop all aspects of the Office Operations department including but not restricted to resource allocation and team development

  • Manage and control the Office Operations budget in line with company initiatives
  • Work closely with HR and other business divisions to strategically manage space planning
  • Lead the local Health & Safety initiatives; maintain and update relevant policies accordingly
  • Manage procurement, negotiation and management of 3rd party contracts and relationships with service providers, consultancy support and works contracts
  • Manages inventory of office supplies and asset register
  • Liaise directly with the office property management and landlord on any building related issues and arrange repairs/improvement when needed
  • Work with global and local IT teams to develop, promote and encourage best practice including security of data, network access and backup system
  • Identify problematic areas within the IT department, suggest and implement strategic solutions
  • Devise and implement policies for continuous improvement and develop, present and implement new ideas to improve the service offered


 Who you are:

  • You have profound experiences in Office Management, ideally as part of a Leadership team and/or in a creative, agile industry environment (e.g. tech/internet, fashion, marketing, media…)
  • You hold health and safety qualifications as required by local laws
  • You have experience in managing construction and office fit-out projects
  • You have strong people management skills
  • You are able to communicate clearly and influence at all levels, as well as towards a wide range of business functions, from commercial to tech teams
  • You have pragmatic and professional approach to problem solving
  • You are able to prioritise issues, combined with a keen eye for details
  • You understand the Farfetch brand and people DNA
  • You are energetic, approachable, and keen to amaze your internal customers
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese
