Brand Partnership Manager

  • Working with the Global Head of Brands Partnership to develop strategy for sub-family aligned to organizational goals;
  • Create and execute Brands Partnership strategies aligned to overall business goals;
  • Establish a local vision for future of Brands Partnerships and ensures it is cascaded through performance management and development processes;
  • Build and lead the Brands Partnership sub-family ensuring all activity is of high quality and maximizing industry developments;
  • Define and manage the local budget and resources of Business Development area;
  • Communicate with other departments/teams to exchange critical information about Brands Partnerships and/or Farfetch activities or management processes;
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and translate into sub-family projects;
  • Translate the analysis of reports into relevant business information and demonstration of ROI;
  • Evaluate regional strategic delivery and refine in-year to ensure optimum performance and alignment;
  • Design, propos and implement new guidelines and procedures on the local level within broad principles and policies set by the organization;
  • Depending on business needs, build a local BP team and motivate and develop team members;
  • Promote company initiatives to brands as needed;
  • Ensure and maintain on-going relationships with brands and addresses either of their needs
  • Review and revise "selling points" and relevant collateral based on brands feedback;


Experience and Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience working with fashion/luxury industry from 6 years;
  • Highly developed fashion/luxury network at exec level and above;
  • Understanding of ecommerce market and tools to deliver highly profitable partnership programs;
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner relations;
  • Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand P&L implications;
  • Passion for building relationships and networks;
  • A flexible, approachable, can- do attitude
  • Commercial focus;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and manage budgets.
