Senior CRM Specialist
WHAT YOU DO:
•Work closely with Global and local marketing team to coordinate and execute customer retention marketing campaigns.
•Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, push, SMS, WeChat etc), including the pre-campaign planning, coordination, execution and post campaign analysis and reporting.
•Identify potential customer segments to target and develop personalized campaigns to achieve customer retention and increase member’s lifetime value
•Actively track channel engagement, CRM campaign performance, marketing ROI through appropriate analytical tools in order to continually optimize CRM initiatives.
•Support development on customer communication and promotion strategies with ongoing multivariate tests of customer segmentation, touch points, content, landing pages to drive increase and achieve KPI
WHO YOU ARE:
1. BA/BS degree is required. Advanced degree in Marketing or MBA is preferred.
2. 3+ years’ experiences in CRM campaign/multichannel marketing
3. Experiences with major CRM tools, such as Oracle-Responsys and salesforce
4. Experiences with GA, HTML is preferred
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic business outcomes
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey marketing plans to all levels of the organization
7. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
