Global Employer Brand Manager
What you’ll do
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Employer Brand to launch and embed our newly created employer brand strategy on a global scale, ensuring the Farfetch People Promise is brought to life through appropriate stories and effective messaging. You will need to develop a media strategy to raise awareness of our People initiatives by liaising with relevant publications, entering industry awards, attending events and developing key strategic partnerships. You will need to ensure that the People Promise is fully embedded throughout the employee experience, and therefore must develop tools and assets to support activations.
Some other interesting projects will include; creating a new employer brand website that will house a new careers portal, proactive management of our employer brand social media channels and contribution to the planning and delivery of our annual all-employee event.
A key factor for success in this role will be close collaboration with the wider People Team, and our Marketing, Communications and Regional teams, to ensure that our strategy and communications are consistent and aligned across the business. It will also be important to regularly collate feedback from key stakeholders, assess employee engagement, conduct competitor analysis and contribute new ideas to ensure that we are continuously evolving our employer brand strategy.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level, ideally in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, PR, English or another related discipline, and has proven experience delivering global employer brand initiatives. Previous experience in a brand, marketing, communications or employer brand role will be crucial for this position.
The ideal candidate will be a digital and technology enthusiast with demonstrable interest in social media, mobile technologies and emerging communication channels. You will be a creative thinker, solutions focused and someone who constructively challenges the status quo. Confidence with building relationships and managing a diverse range of senior stakeholders will also be required.
