Process Engineer Analyst

About the role:

Part of the European Production team, this position is responsible for working with the operational and functional production teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis and implement process improvements across our image production environment, designing new processes and supporting engineer activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Senior production process engineer in executing engineering activities that support production operations and Process strategy;
  • Support process engineering discipline (e.g. design of new processes);
  • Perform technical activities to support new processes development;
  • Identify production process issues and finds new process solutions under guidance from more senior staff.
  • Develop Business cases to help identify opportunities and support decision making process;
  • Identify improvement margins such as on quality, service or cost reduction under Kaizen methodology;
  • Conduct Analysis and Provides meaningful insight to support business decisions;
  • Analyze, recommend and implement process improvements to deliver optimal business development.


Who you are:


  • A professional with technical knowledge to analyze and interpret different situations based on experience and understanding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
  • A professional with more than 2 years of experience in similar area
  • A professional with an excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
  • A professional with passion for fashion industry
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A Professional with advanced knowledge of IT systems (MS Office), Analytical and Planning / Business skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in production processes (Kaizen, 5 S’s, standard work)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL (SQL Management Studio)
  • A professional with an excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
  • Proven ability to work with large schedules
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects and time constraints
