Senior Product Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the strategy and implementation to support adoption of new features and products
  • Collaborate with product owners to define project goals, campaign messaging and communication channels as well as influencing their roadmap priorities
  • Lead cross-functional global teams to ensure communication campaigns are cohesive and launch on time
  • Work closely with Analytics to implement campaign measurement plans, next steps and optimize for on-going activity
  • Champion the customer: work alongside the Product Owners, internal research teams, customer facing teams and Analytics team to uncover customers pain points for key product development.
  • Manage A/B test including generating test ideas and measurement
  • Partner with Analytics and Research teams to uncover opportunities through data and various research methodologies as well as understand key journeys and onsite behaviour.

Who you are: 

  • You have 5-7 years marketing experience ideally in an ecommerce or online environment with a good understanding of customers & communication channels
  • You have deep knowledge and experience of the luxury customer and industry
  • You have robust analytical and Excel skills
  • You have strong commercial thinking and experience leveraging data analysis and customer insights to help solve real-world problems and create solutions
  • You have experience in leading digital marketing or product communications ideally in the technology or luxury sector
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to communicate at all levels in the organization
  • You have good attention to detail
  • You are a problem solver and ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • You are a creative thinker with strong business acumen and judgment
  • You are passionate and informed on future concepts and new tech
  • You are able and willing to travel to other Farfetch offices when required
