The role:

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the Total Rewards team! This role is based in London reporting into the Total Rewards Principal and will support in all aspects of employee compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for providing valuable, data-driven insights and recommendations that will support strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will be involved in global projects that are shaping how we deliver Total Rewards at Farfetch.


What you’ll do:
 

  • You will perform role benchmarking and levelling for new and existing roles
  • You will support on executive compensation-related projects and quarterly/annual activities
  • You will support annual salary review process, auditing performance reviews, verifying rate changes, and preparing summary reports
  • You will be a key contact point for equity-related questions and projects
  • You will perform forecasting and modelling as needed
  • You will support Talent Acquisition with compensation offers, benchmarking for new roles or other compensation-related issues 
  • You will create communication materials and work with the broader team on communications of compensation, benefits and equity
  • You will perform continuous research about emerging trends, issues and best practices, using data analytics to help improve processes or programs
  • You will participate in market surveys to determine prevailing compensation (including base, variable and equity) and benefits practices
  • You will make recommendations to improve compensation processes and workflow to increase the department’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will participate in other special projects as assigned

 
Who you are: 

  • You are a professional with demonstrable experience in Executive Compensation, Total Rewards and/or Finance 
  • You possess a data-driven mind-set and analytical reasoning; M&A experience a plus
  • You are an advanced user of the entire Microsoft Office Suite and are comfortable manipulating large amounts of data and preparing reports
  • You are an efficient communicator that is able to tell a story using the data to provide practical business insights to complex problems
  • You have excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail while never losing track of the big picture
