The role:

 

The People Senior Project Manager will join the People Analytics & Planning team, which aims to enable action-oriented and insightful decisions, lead strategically aligned, organizational-level change while building capabilities across the broader People Team. Key priorities of the role include; supporting the rolling people strategy process; ensuring the portfolio of key initiatives is transparent and progressing above expectations; leading key initiatives with our team of People specialists

 

 What you’ll do:

 

  • Coordinate the yearly strategic planning process of the Global People Team
  • Contribute to the success of the high impact projects via project & portfolio management skills, problem-solving capabilities, and advanced analytics
  • Connect and work in partnership with many colleagues from People, Technology, Strategy, Operations and beyond
  • Ensure proactive and transparent communication with key stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, tools, and techniques to monitor and track progress
  • Map, define and improve processes across People Team

 

Who you are:

 

  • A professional with Project Management or Management Consulting
  • Degree educated, ideally in a management discipline 
  • Passionate about  people/HR agendas and technology
  • Exceptionally skilled across problem-solving, analytics, and project management
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident and able to provide a credible challenge while building rapport and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Comfortable in making decisions in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment
